A home inspection is a limited, noninvasive examination of the condition of a home. It includes an assessment of the elements.
This inspection is roughly the same as a Standard Home Inspection, with some important distinctions. I will inspect the interior structure, systems and components that are specific to your unit, but exclude any exterior and common elements and areas that may fall under the purview of the building’s owner. Please ask me for more details.
Two-Family Home Inspection is an inspection of a property that has two to four units. It is much like a regular home inspection, because every item in each unit is inspected. Having each unit inspected is very important because each unit can have unique problems.
